Whether through counselling or coaching, I see this work as relational — beginning with the relationship you have with yourself and extending into how you connect with others.
You may be feeling disconnected, lonely, caught in familiar relationship patterns, or simply unsure of what you need. Together, we create space to slow down, become curious about what is happening within you and between you and others, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can become harder to hear.
My practice is integrative and person-centred at its foundation, with a strong relational, attachment-informed and somatic focus.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lonely, disconnected, or caught in familiar relationship patterns, we begin with curiosity about what is happening for you.
Rather than only talking about your experiences, we may slow down and notice what is present — your emotions, your body, your patterns of connection, and the ways you have learned to protect yourself. Through presence, we create space for acceptance of what is here, rather than immediately trying to change or move away from it. Often, it is from this place that greater understanding and a way forward can emerge.
I primarily draw from emotion-focused, somatic and existential approaches alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS), integrating ACT, mindfulness and solution-focused work where helpful.
At the heart of my work is what happens within us and between us — helping you come closer to yourself, so you can connect more freely and authentically with others.
A space to slow down and explore what is happening within you — emotionally, physically and relationally — helping you come closer to yourself and understand what you need.
Attachment-informed relationship therapy, drawing from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), to understand the patterns between you and create deeper, safer connection.

Counselling can feel unfamiliar, particularly if you’re used to working things out on your own. You don’t need to know exactly what to talk about or arrive with everything figured out, we can begin with where you are.
There is no set timeline. Some people come for a specific issue and work more briefly; others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper emotional or relational patterns. We regularly check in together about what you need and whether the work is helping.
My approach is collaborative and paced with you. When you feel ready, we can go deeper; when something needs more time, we slow down. Presence, curiosity and self-compassion are part of the process — there is no need to rush.
Your space, at your pace.
If you’re still wondering whether counselling feels right for you, I’ve put together a short guide to help you reflect before taking the next step.
