I draw on an attachment-informed approach, including principles from Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), to help uncover how early relational experiences may still shape your sense of safety, trust, and connection.
EFCT is a well-researched, evidence-based approach that focuses on strengthening emotional bonds and creating secure, responsive connections. Whether you are navigating challenges as a couple or exploring your own relational patterns, this perspective can help make sense of recurring dynamics and deepen emotional understanding.
