Six years ago, I made a life-changing decision. I walked away from the corporate world and followed a deep calling to help others. I trained to become a Life Coach, a Law of Attraction Coach, and a Relationship Coach, and have been practicing since 2019.
After the COVID pandemic, I felt the call to go even deeper in to this work so I retrained to become an Integrative Counsellor.
Alongside my private counselling practice, I work for a leading UK mental health charity, supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, self-harm, and addiction.
I’m an a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I’ve also worked for other UK’s mental health organisations aiding recovery in mental health, addictions and abuse.
I’ve mentored young people and have supported adults to mange cultivate resilience and courage through uncertain times.
I’m a stoic at heart, guided by stoicism and existential thought, learning to meet life’s challenges with presence, courage, and curiosity.
My love for meditation and somatic practices keeps me grounded in the body — in breath, stillness, and the subtle wisdom our bodies hold.
I integrate somatic awareness, attachment theory, IFS, and coaching psychology to create a space where reflection and growth can unfold.
I believe we all have the capacity to move through difficulty — not by erasing it, but by transforming our relationship with it — and to live a life that feels meaningful and entirely our own.
I’ve lived in four countries across three continents, this gives me a deep respect for interpersonal resilience, individuality, and personal growth. In our sessions, you’ll not find any judgment or comparisons. Your experience is valid, and uniquely yours.
I know what it’s like to feel lost — when everything seems to fall apart and you don’t know which way to turn.
I know how heavy it feels when others are depending on you, and the path ahead feels uncertain, even frightening.
But I also know this:
There is always another way.
Let me help you find it.
